We have purchased many vehicles over the course of our lifetime and have had both good and bad experiences. However, our recent experience with Diehl KIA of Beaver is one we will never forget. The communication from our sales associate Hugh Harper to Sales Manager David Barber and finance manager Damian Southwick, was impressive. All of our questions were answered and we were treated with respect and courtesy. We never felt pressured or dismissed in any way. We highly recommend Diehl KIA/Ford to anyone looking for a vehicle.

Best experience my wife and I could have asked for! After a disappointing experience at the Kia dealership in Wexford, we almost gave up on Kia altogether. Thankfully, we decided to give Diehl a chance, and we’re so glad we did. The entire team was professional, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond—staying late to make sure my wife and I drove home in a car we absolutely loved that same day. Spencer, the sales associate, did an excellent job. He had the vehicle pulled up front and was waiting for me when I arrived. He did a fantastic job showing me the vehicle as well as demonstrating many of the features during our test drive. He was very knowledgable about the vehicle and truly listened to what I valued in a vehicle. When it came to putting a deal together, he was very transparent and answered all of my questions. Dave, the sales manager, also was very understanding and fair with the negotiations and helped us put together a good deal. Even James in the finance department was fantastic and helped entertain my kids while we were signing all the paperwork. All around a great experience, Do yourself a favor and go take a test drive at Diehl Kia of Beaver.

Talk about turnaround customer service and excellent performance. Thank you very much too Nick Vannettan for assisting me in trading in my 2021 Kia Telluride and putting me into a 2027 Telluride. All within 24 hours. I was expecting to trade in my car by the end of the year however, Nick had a golden opportunity for me to do so with a trade-in, pay off of my loan and a new vehicle waiting for me with signatures ready to go to have me out of the dealer within an hour the very next day. This was the fastest service I’ve ever received and also the most efficient service as we prepared for the transaction the day before. I want to thank Deihl Automotive for being my go to dealership for the past three vehicle purchases!
