I was in contact with a Kirk for a few days before buying from them. When I got there, Kirk had the car pulled up, cleaned and gased up for a test drive. Took us a very short time to be approved and Dave who does the accounting stuff, came out introduced himself and had a short conversation with us as well. All very friendly, loved my kids and helped understand what we were getting and why we were paying what we pay a month. All extremely knowledgeable in their trade and will be buying from them again whenever I will need another car!

Nicholas Vannatten reached out to me after I built a vehicle on kia.com. I told him that I had an appointment with the dealership where I had purchased my three previous vehicles but if it did not go well, I would let him know. He kept in touch but was not pushy. I let him know what I had been offered by the other dealership. Nicholas and his manager beat that offer. I still went to my appointment. However, I had been communicating with Nicholas throughout the day. While there, they told me that the math was not mathing on Diehl's offer. I ended up leaving the other dealership because their math was not mathing. They were trying to make be upside down with my trade in. I called Nicholas and told him I would be to see him and the vehicle shortly. I get to Diehl and Nicholas was waiting for me. He kept saying that his manager knew me. I told him that I didn't know anyone who worked there. I was totally wrong! I did know David Barber, sales manager because his oldest son attended my school a few years ago. When I say that David and Nicholas took excellent care of me, I mean that they took EXCELLENT care of me and I left with a new 2025 Sorento EX X-Line because I could not pass it up! I cannot thank these gentlemen enough and will recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. Thank you, David and Nicholas!
