We called several kia dealerships looking for the exact telluride we wanted and we found the best price at Diehl Kia. The dealerships closest to us, and the ones not so close to us, didnt bother to match the offer. From Akron, Ohio to south central PA, they had everyone beat and I had a hard time believing it too. They were very straight forward and gave me the OTD price just as soon as I asked and we worked out a reasonable deal I thought the sales part of the process was simple and straightforward. We got into an SX Xline prestige for what everyone else was selling their sx xlines for which was very hard to believe. We could've settled on something less expensive but in the end I'm glad we got the prestige. The Ford dealership next to the Kia dealership is where we did business and it was obvious that both facilities were in need of updating. Unfortunately there weren't amenities for families or children and that made the stop and our time in the dealership a bit stressful. Adding a changing station and proper play area for kids would make visiting this dealership less stressful. Ryan helped close the sale that Spencer started and when we came in he was helpful with installing the Kia app and getting us queued up to drive home. The car was clean and ready for the road. I wish the floor mats that came with the car were installed ahead of time. There is a panel in the third row seating area that we just noticed today that is popping out so maybe that's how it came from factory? Overall, purchasing our telluride with Beaver Falls Diehl Kia went well. it's a shame they aren't located in Harrisburg bc I would do business with them again.

I highly recommend Diehl. Their Service Department is Impeccable Dom White is an Excellent Service Advisor he kept me apprised of all aspects of my service being done on my car. Worked with my extended warranty people to get things covered in a timely manner. And made my whole experience easy. They sent me a video on them inspecting the car and showing me what needed to be done and what was ok also. They don't do anything without your ok. Which is really comforting.
